Version 8.25
Version 8.25 has been released on
May 4, 2003What's New
- Timelog is now a pure swing application. Thanks
to Kenneth Westelinck for doing the initial port from AWT to
Swing and his continuing development and debugging work
on this release.
- Default look and feel is now an Aqua look on top
of the Skin Look and Feel developed by L2FProd.com. Thanks to
Kenneth Westelinck for adding this feature to Timelog
and of course thanks to L2FProd for releasing the SkinLF.
- Time completion when only the 2 digit hour has
been keyed in, thanks to K. W. again.
- Optional Windows look alike borders.
Bugs Fixed
- Opening files is now slightly more robust, thanks to K. W.
Version 7.24
Version 7.24 has been released on
April 9, 2003What's New
- Swing file dialog instead of AWT dialog.
- New public CVS server at sourceforge.net (project "time1og", please note the '1' one).
- Added workstats class, ini, and batch files. This is a hack
to add up hours over week, month, and total for process
'work1' (leaving out lunch and private time etc.).
- Unix script 'toolate.sh' to gather statistics about
starting times of a given project.
- Updated internal project file structure and moved
to XML/XSLT based documentation and ant/clesh based project
configuration and distribution.
Bugs Fixed
- Added check that project suffix is really configured and
set.
Version 6.20
Version 6.20 has been released on
December 12, 1999What's New
- Now distributed with source code under the GPL. The
reusable ccl library which Timelog uses is distributed
under the MPL. Source code for that library has to be
downloaded separately.
- Export to spread sheet readable ascii files.
- Removed old jdk 1.0 date/timezone code and replaced it with
jdk 1.1 classes. Now you should set 'TimezoneID' in the
initialization file to your area code instead of setting
'Timezone'. If you don't set it, GMT is used.
- No more support for German menu and date format.
Bugs Fixed
Version 5.15
Version 5.15 has been released on
March 8, 1998Bugs Fixed
- There was a bug when exiting and data had changed but were
not saved. If you decided to cancel the exit process, you
had to kill Timelog afterwards to leave it.
- The 'Continue' button behavior was changed back to its
previous, which means it does not affect the 'Stop' time.
Version 4.13
Version 4.13 has been released on
February 20, 1998Bugs Fixed
- The save routine was too slow for bigger projects. The old
one could take 40 seconds for 40 KB of data. Now it's about
1 second.
- More tests on Linux, which resulted in the correction of
some (ugly) layout bugs.
- The continue button did not properly set the date field
when the previous session started the day before but ended
today.
- Better protection to make sure a project name has legal
value (no '*' allowed and it must end with '.timelog').
Version 3.11
Version 3.11 has been released on
November 3, 1997What's New
- Tested Timelog on Solaris and made some frames/dialogs a little bit bigger, fixed some time zone issues, plus some other minor
things.
- Made a change so that setIconImage(..) does work with Echidna too.
Version 2.9
Version 2.9 has been released on
August 3, 1997What's New
- Modified the dialog which takes care that you don't leave Timelog without saving your data.
- Added a menu shortcut for "File->Save".
- When saving your data, the old data file is moved to *.timelog.bak for backup reasons.
Version 1.8
Version 1.8 has been released on
July 28, 1997
